No, really how is your health?

Would life be more enjoyable if you were in great health?

The reason for the question is that our health is one of the major contributors to our overall enjoyment of life. If you’re in great health, congratulations!  You’re doing things right.

However, let’s face it, most of us are not in as good a shape as we’d like to be, are we? We’re carrying a few (or more) extra pounds, don’t get enough exercise or enough sleep, have too much to do, not enough time to do it, suffer from information overload, etc., etc. – you fill in the blanks. We don’t really feel bad, but we don’t feel really good either; we simply aren’t at our best.

So, what do we do? I think we all know what we should do, but doing it is something else again. We know, we’ve been there, too. In fact, that was what brought about the creation of this website.

So, we’re writing about various health related issues and how we have dealt with them plus including information we’ve found to be sound advice and encourage you to select what appeals to you and enjoy it. To review this information, place your cursor over the “Health” tab at the top of this page.
